In case of wrong or damage products, we will bear any kind of shipping charges. Opening video is mandatory for clamming returns/refunds. In case of other return reasons, the customer has to bear the reverse shipping charges. For more information visit - {Return and Refund policy}.
For international orders, if the customer refuses to pay the custom charges if at all applicable while delivering, there will be no refunds of the order.
All orders can’t be cancelled once shipped.
Customers are requested to provide an accurate, complete and valid address and pin code at the time of creating an account to avoid any delays, as we would not be liable if any incorrect address provided by the customer and no refunds may be claimed by the customer for any delay in delivery of the products, which was caused due to reasons beyond our control and natural calamities.
In case of a pre-paid order and the customer refuses to accept the delivery, no refunds would be issued for the same.
