Refund policy
Cancellation, Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
We are committed to design and manufacture products of best quality.
However, if in case the product is damaged or wrong, we are happy to help you with a hassle-free return or refund process. In case of such returns, we will bear any kind of shipping charges.
Order cancellation
Before shipping the order-
It can get cancelled, and the payment will be transferred within a reasonable period of time, after deducting the transaction fee charged by the bank.
After shipping the order-
We are not able to cancel it. You can either keep the order or reject the order. In case of rejecting the order, once we receive the order back, your amount will be transferred to the original payment method, after deducting both way shipping charge.
To be eligible for a Return or Refund
- You can place a return request for up to 48 hrs of receiving the shipment.
- Your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
- A full unboxing/opening video of the parcel is mandatory for claiming a return or refund. The damage or the issue has to be captured in the video for ease of claiming refunds.
- Product must be in the original packaging with undamaged Tags in place. (Once your return is received by us, the quality will be checked. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused, having proper tags, and return requested within 48 hours)
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase from only our website.
- All styles under the FINAL SALE, cannot be return.
Orders are NOT Eligible for Return or Refund if it has
- Colour Mismatch (due to different screens): We take utmost care while photographing images to match the true colour of the saree. However, there might be slight colour variations due to differences in the display of the screen.
- Colour Mismatch (due to production in batches)-Due to variations in production batches and machine calibration, slight colour differences may occur.
- Minor Imperfection- Our products are crafted using machine work, and minor imperfections, such as a few loose threads or slight inconsistencies in stitching, may be present. These are inherent to the production process and are not eligible for return unless they significantly affect the product's quality or functionality.
- There would be no refunds in case of any delays due to natural calamities and reasons beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
- In case of returns, all the above-mentioned eligibility criteria need to be followed to initiate the return request.
- Once the product(s) is delivered to us and the quality checking process is completed, we will refund the full amount. In case of Direct payment to Company, you will receive it in 1-2 working days, in prepaid orders after deducting the transaction fee charges, you will receive it in 5-7 working days.
- Under any circumstances, the Transaction fee is non-refundable.
- All the return and refund requests can be raised only once per order.
- Final Sale items cannot be refunded.
- In case of applying for refunds of an order containing freebies, you need to return the freebie as well along with the product. Without it, the returned product will be considered as Incomplete.
- If the customer refuses to accept the delivery no refunds would be issued for the same.
Return Process
- You can raise a return request either by going to my profile section in header or by going to orders section in footer and share the opening video either on our mail- feauraofficial@gmail.com or on our WhatsApp +91 9279855753
- Once confirmation, we will assign a courier partner for pickup.
- Keep the garment ready with original packaging, proper tags, and Invoice and handover it to the courier partner.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed through your original payment method.
Exchanges
- We have no exchange policy, however if you still want to exchange you may request for return as per the above-mentioned Return and Refund Policy and create a fresh order.
Domestic Order
- We only replace items if they are damaged or wrong. For such products you must create a short video while opening the package and clearly showcasing the damaged part and mail us on feauraofficial@gmail.com
- Return/Refund without an opening video will not be accepted.
International Orders
- International Orders are only accepted if it's a prepaid order.
- We do not have a return/refund/exchange policy for international orders.
