1. What sizes are available for your garments?
- Our garments are designed to cater to various Indian body types. Each product page includes a detailed size chart to help you select the perfect fit.
- In Western Wear, we usually have size ranges varies from XS to XXL. Since FEAURA is especially designed for Indian Body types, we have added small stretchable details to each garment, so that it will take your body shape and fits well.
- In our Ethnic Collection, all the outfits are free size, and you can customize as per your requirement. In Ready to Wear Sarees, to make it adjustable we have added 1-meter-long loops, that you can fix as per your size.
2. How can I determine my correct size?
- Refer to our size guide available on each product page. For additional assistance, feel free to contact our customer support team.
3. Do your garments have pockets?
- Yes, our most of the Dresses have pockets!
4. What materials are used in your products?
- We use high-quality fabrics such as chiffon, satin, georgette, and various types of silk to ensure comfort and style.
5. How do I care for and wash my garments?
- Care instructions are provided on each product page. Generally, we recommend gentle hand washing or dry cleaning for delicate fabrics.
6. Do you offer customization or tailoring services?
- Currently, we do not offer customization. However, our designs are crafted to fit a wide range of body types.
7. What is your return and exchange policy?
- We accept returns and exchanges request should be created within 48 hours of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original condition.
- For claiming returns/refunds/exchange, unboxing video is mandatory.

8. How can I track my order?
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress. You can visit to "Order Tracking" either on header or on footer and place your tracking ID to track the status of your order.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, Wallets, COD and Direct payment to Company.
10. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available for all orders?
- Yes, COD is available for most locations. A ₹50 handling fee applies to all COD orders.
11. Do you offer discounts or promotional codes?
- Yes, we offer various promotions. For instance, enjoy an extra 5% off on prepaid orders and flat 10% off on your first order with code NEW10.

12. How long will it take to receive my order?
- Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
13. Do you ship internationally?
- Currently, we ship only within India. However, on especial request, we may ship to other countries as well depending on courier availability.
14. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
- Please contact our customer service immediately for hassle-free returns or exchanges if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.
- Note- Opening video, showing the damaged or wrong product is mandatory.
15. Are the colors of the products accurate to the images online?
- We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, there might be slight color variations due to differences in the display of the screen.
