Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

We are committed to design and manufacture products of best quality and fit. For any of your orders, we provide you FREE Shipping, Zero Tax, COD, Pan India delivery.

However, if in case the product is defective, damaged, or having size issues we are happy to help you with a hassle-free return/ refund/ exchange process.

To be eligible for a Return/ Refund/ Exchange:

  • You must raise a return/ refund/ exchange request within 3 days after the product has been delivered to you.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Product must be in the original packaging with undamaged Tags in place. (Once your return is received by us, the quality will be checked. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused, having proper tags, and return requested within 3 days)
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase from only our website.
  • All styles under the FINAL SALE, cannot be exchanged.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

– In case of returns, all the above-mentioned eligibility criteria need to be followed to initiate the return request.

-Once the product(s) is delivered to us and the quality checking process is completed, the team will provide you the amount through your original payment mode. In case of COD orders, you need to mail us your Bank Account details or your UPI ID to process the payment, after deducting the reverse shipping fee.

-Note: Reverse shipping fee of Rs.80/- has to be borne by the customer.

-All the return and exchange requests can be raised only once per order.

-Only regular priced items may be refunded. Final Sale items cannot be refunded.

-In case of applying for refunds of an order containing freebies, you need to to return the freebie as well along with the product. Without it, the returned product will be considered as Incomplete.

Return Process-

  1. Log In to your account on feaura.com
  2. Go to My Account> Orders
  3. Click on the Refund button of the order which you want to return.
  4. Select the subject of the refund request, write a proper reason for refund, write shipping details(if additional details required), then click on the Submit button.
  5. Once confirmation, we will assign a courier partner for pickup. 
  6. Keep the garment ready with original packaging, proper tags, and Invoice and handover it to the courier partner.
  7. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  8. If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed through your original payment method(after deducting reverse shipping charge). In case of COD orders,  you need to mail us your Bank Account details or your UPI ID to process the payment.

 

EXCHANGES

Domestic Order:

  • We only replace items if they are defective/ damaged or having size issues. For such products you must create a short video while opening the package, and mail us on customercare@feaura.com. Return/Exchange without an opening video will not be accepted.
  • Before placing the order, we recommend you to go through the size chart provided on the product page and order the one that fits your body size. In case your size lies between two brand sizes, then we recommend you to go for a larger size. However, if after placing an order the size doesn’t fit, you can request for an exchange. 
  • Note- The reverse shipping and 2nd shipping charge will be paid by the customer. For damaged product issues, we will bear the reverse shipping charge.
  • Exchanges with reasons other than size issue and damaged product will not be accepted. In case you still want to exchange, you can return the product and place a fresh order.

Exchange Process-

1. Kindly mail us with a request for an exchange with proper reason, your order number, full address and contact details. Our team will contact you for confirmation and once confirmed  your request will proceed.

2. You can ship the product on your behalf to our warehouse.

3. Request for a reverse pick up

You can raise a request for it to be collected by us for a fee of INR 150 through mail(customercaer@feaura.com). Our team will send you a link to make the payment. The pickup will only be scheduled after payment has been made and will be arranged within 24-72 hours of you doing the reverse shipping payment.

International Orders:

-We do not have an exchange/return/refund policy for international orders.

-Order once confirmed, cannot be exchanged/returned under any circumstances. For more information, please reach out to us at: customercare@feaura.com
